Lavender and Lit is a charming literary gathering set among the beautiful blooms of Lacomb Lavender Farm in Lebanon, Oregon. Join Open Book Women's Reading Retreats on July 11th for a morning or afternoon celebrating literature, friendship, and the calming beauty of lavender. Two sessions are available: 10am-12pm or 6pm-8pm.

This year's Book Spotlight is Jane Austen's beloved Emma-- though reading the novel is not required to attend! We will also chat about different movies/series adaptations during a lighthearted discussion and trivia session, which is perfect for both devoted Austen fans and casual readers alike.

Guests will enjoy literary themed prizes, light refreshments, and a relaxing experience. Your ticket also includes instruction and time to create your own lavender swag craft along with a lavender u-pick bundle to take home. 

Bring 2-3 lightly used books to participate in our community book swap, and browse a mini bookstore. There will also be additional lavender products available for purchase throughout the event. There will also be opportunities for whimsical photo ops and Regency- inspired  dress .

Come with a friend, your mother, daughter, sister,  fellow book lover for a peaceful and memorable gathering celebrating books, conversation, and summer blooms.
